Designer of the Month

Jeanne Marie Scraps is our featured Designer of the Month!   Here is a brief bio about this wonderfully creative team member:    Jeanne is a a Lab Tech/LPN by trade but left to be WAHM (Work At Home Mom) of two wonderful teenagers, DS (Darling Son) is 17 and DD (Darling Daughter) is 15.  Jeanne is married to “the boy next door” and in addition to her wonderful children, they also have two German Shepherds, Pooch and Black Jack,  Bella our house puppy, and a tomcat named Patches.

Jeanne started paper scrapping in August of 2007 to keep all of DS’s Football memories for him.  Once she got started she was hooked and soon bought everything in sight!  In May 2008, Jeanne completed her ”first Real Digi Layout” and was instantly addicted.  She is now completely  converted.  Most pictures seen in Jeanne’s layouts are of her DD ”because she will pose for me on a whim”.  And what a beautiful DD she has!

Jeanne made the switch from layout artist to designer when she found herself making her own elements, etc.  She says, “I truly enjoy designing and really enjoy the friends I’ve made though scrapping.  As I dive deeper and deeper in to the digi world I’ve found a love for taking photos and an addiction to designing.  I have to say that digi scrapping is my “calgon” to take my stress away!”

Well, the team here and Denim and Daisies is glad that Jeanne discovered designing!  She has an enormous gift and very generous with her talents. You can check out her products here and for the month of Febrary – her entire store is 30% off.  In addition, Jeanne has created a great birthday kit that she is giving away to those who complete our challenges.  She has even made some smaller prizes for those who cannot complete them all!  Thanks Jeanne!
