We will disclose any and all information held about a customer or purchase where there is a supportable suspiscion of fraud (payment chargeback after purchase) and/or piracy (unauthorised use or sharing of any product purchased in this store) as determined by our sole discretion. This includes any person found to be a customer of this store using a product only available from this store which they have not purchased, as well as any customer discovered to have purchased and redistributed a product from this store. Any customer affected by this policy will be given the opportunity to discuss and resolve the matter privately before any disclosure is made. Customers are advised to avoid charging back payments without first attempting to resolve any issues with us, to observe all licensing and distribution restrictions and to fully acquaint themselves with the same before using, sharing or distributing any product.”
